Your Agreement with the Platform

Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "089bd", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our" refers to the online gaming and sports betting service operated at 089bd.io and all associated sub-pages, APIs, and mobile-optimised interfaces.
• "You", "the User", "the Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the 089bd platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a player on the 089bd platform for the purpose of accessing gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held within a player's 089bd account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback amount, VIP reward, or other non-cash incentive granted by 089bd to a player's account.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means the full suite of products available on 089bd, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino, slots, crash games, fishing arcade titles, and any other gaming content.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action or omission expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "BDT" or "Taka" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency used for all financial transactions on the platform.
• "VIP Royal Programme" means 089bd's tiered loyalty programme comprising Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond membership levels with associated rewards and privileges.

Acceptance of Terms

2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 089bd. By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree", or otherwise using any portion of the platform's services, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2.2 These Terms should be read alongside the 089bd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and the platform.

2.3 We reserve the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via platform notification or email.

2.4 If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a third party or as an agent for another individual, you confirm that you have authority to bind that individual to these Terms, and that both you and that individual meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement. The 089bd platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 089bd reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where age verification fails.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Services are primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. It is the player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing online gaming services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 089bd does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh.

3.3 Mental Capacity. You must be of sound mind and acting of your own free will when accessing or using the Services. You must not use the platform while impaired by alcohol, substances, or in circumstances that prevent rational decision-making.

3.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on 089bd. Duplicate accounts, whether created intentionally or through error, are subject to immediate closure. Balances in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.

3.5 Exclusion List. Individuals who have previously been self-excluded from 089bd or who have been permanently banned are not eligible to register a new account. Circumventing an exclusion order by creating a new account constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

4.1 To access real-money Services on 089bd, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number.

4.2 You agree to keep your registration information up to date. If any information changes, you must update your account details promptly via the account settings panel or by contacting support at [email protected].

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify 089bd immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 089bd staff will never ask for your account password by any means of communication, including email, live chat, telephone, or social media. If you receive any such request, you must treat it as fraudulent and report it to us immediately.

4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). 089bd may require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to first withdrawal, or upon periodic account review. Required documents may include a National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4.6 Account Currency

All 089bd accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in foreign currencies will be converted to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. 089bd is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations affecting the BDT value of international card deposits.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

089bd accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method and your account verification status. All deposit methods are subject to availability and may be modified from time to time without prior notice.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay: typically within 1–6 hours for verified accounts
• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla, City Bank, BRAC Bank): typically within 1–3 business days
• VIP Gold, Platinum, and Diamond members receive priority withdrawal processing

089bd does not charge internal processing fees on standard withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 089bd accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

5.3.1 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to make a deposit into the account or to a verified method on file. This is a fraud-prevention measure.

5.3.2 A minimum of one completed deposit and one qualifying wager must be recorded on an account before a withdrawal request can be submitted.

5.3.3 If a withdrawal request is submitted before active bonus wagering requirements are complete, 089bd reserves the right to either remove the applicable bonus and process the withdrawal of real-money funds only, or hold the request until wagering is complete, at its discretion.

5.3.4 089bd reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 before processing.

5.4 Transaction Errors

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect credit or debit to your account, 089bd reserves the right to correct the error at any time, including recovering erroneously credited funds by adjusting your account balance. You must report any suspected transaction error to [email protected] within 14 days of the transaction date.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 089bd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, VIP Royal Programme rewards, and other promotional offers from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated at the time of the offer, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 089bd promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times specified in the offer terms before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, except in accordance with the applicable wagering terms.
• Bets placed with bonus funds that are subsequently voided, cancelled, or returned as a push do not count toward wagering requirements.
• Certain game types (e.g., live dealer games, crash games, fishing arcades) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in individual offer terms.
• Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer terms. Expired bonus balances and associated winnings are forfeited without compensation.

6.3 089bd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to deny or reverse a bonus award if there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, fraud, or exploitation of promotional terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General. All sports bets and casino wagers placed on 089bd are subject to the specific game and market rules published within the platform. In the event of a conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular product.

7.2 Cricket Betting. Cricket betting markets on 089bd cover BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and bilateral series. Settlement of all cricket markets is based on the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In cases of match suspension, abandonment, or result reversal, 089bd's cricket trading rules govern settlement and will be applied consistently to all affected bets.

7.3 Bet Acceptance. 089bd reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet at its discretion, including but not limited to situations where: odds were published in error; an event has already concluded before bet placement; there is evidence of match-related irregularities; or system errors have affected the integrity of the market.

7.4 Casino & Slots. All casino and slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Each game round is an independent event; past outcomes have no influence on future results. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent long-run theoretical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.

7.5 Live Casino. Live casino games streamed from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and other certified providers are subject to those providers' house rules. Results are final once confirmed by the dealer or the game system. In the event of stream disconnection during a live game round, 089bd's liability is limited to the refund of the bet stake where a result cannot be confirmed.

7.6 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface and may vary by product, event, and account status.

Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following actions constitute Prohibited Conduct and are strictly forbidden on the 089bd platform. Engaging in Prohibited Conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances including winnings, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household, IP address, or device
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or display errors to gain an unintended advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or bonus abuse schemes designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers
• Colluding with other players or with platform staff to manipulate game or bet outcomes
• Participating in, facilitating, or knowingly benefiting from match-fixing or spot-fixing in connection with any sporting event offered on the platform
• Conducting money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds, or using the platform for any other financial crime
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Using the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law
• Allowing a person under the age of 21 to use your account

8.2 089bd employs active fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts flagged by these systems may be subject to temporary holds on withdrawals pending investigation. 089bd will communicate the outcome of any such investigation to the affected player within a reasonable timeframe.

Responsible Gaming

9.1 089bd is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe entertainment environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all registered account holders, available at any time through the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps set by the player
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable alerts triggered after a set duration of continuous play

Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the 089bd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, design, layout, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, code, data compilations, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 089bd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform's content solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or creation of derivative works based on platform content.

10.3 Game content, graphics, mathematics, and mechanics provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by 089bd under valid licence agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of such content is prohibited.

10.4 Unauthorised use of the 089bd brand name or logo — including in social media profiles, affiliate sites, or promotional materials not authorised in writing by 089bd — constitutes trademark infringement and will be pursued accordingly.

Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service Availability. 089bd does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events may result in temporary service unavailability. 089bd will not be liable for losses arising from such unavailability.

11.2 Financial Loss from Gambling. You acknowledge that all forms of gambling carry an inherent risk of financial loss. 089bd is not liable for any gambling-related losses you may sustain through lawful use of the platform's Services. It is your responsibility to wager only amounts you can afford to lose.

11.3 Third-Party Services. 089bd integrates with third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, card networks), game studios, and data feed providers. 089bd accepts no liability for errors, delays, or failures caused by these third parties.

11.4 Technical Errors. In the event of a manifest technical error that causes an incorrect settlement of a bet or game round (including display errors showing odds or winnings that are clearly wrong), 089bd reserves the right to void the affected transactions and restore accounts to their pre-error state. No compensation is payable for such corrections.

11.5 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 089bd's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Privacy & Data Protection

12.1 089bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12.2 By registering and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC/AML), fraud prevention, customer support, and where you have opted in, direct marketing communications.

12.3 089bd implements technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit TLS 1.3 encryption in transit and encryption at rest, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

12.4 Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated KYC/AML verification partners, payment processors, and game providers only to the extent necessary for the provision of the Services and in compliance with applicable data protection principles.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by You. You may close your 089bd account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of applicable bonus deductions) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and provided no outstanding investigations are active.

13.2 Suspension by 089bd. 089bd reserves the right to suspend your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Reasonable suspicion of Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8
• Failure to complete KYC documentation within the requested timeframe
• Disputed payment transactions or chargebacks initiated by you or your payment provider
• Breach of any term of this Agreement
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request

13.3 Termination by 089bd. In the event of a material breach of these Terms, 089bd may permanently terminate your account, forfeiting any bonus balances and, where fraud is substantiated, any real-money winnings derived from the fraudulent activity. You will be notified of termination by email to your registered address.

13.4 Termination of your account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party as of the date of termination, nor does it affect provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15).

Amendments to These Terms

14.1 089bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be accessible at 089bd.io/terms-conditions, with the revision date updated accordingly.

14.2 Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations under these Terms — 089bd will provide reasonable advance notice via a platform-wide notification banner, registered email address, or both, at least seven (7) days before the revised Terms take effect.

14.3 Non-material amendments (including typographical corrections, clarifications that do not change the substance of any clause, and updates to reflect changes in game content or payment method availability) take effect immediately upon publication without prior notice.

14.4 If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the effective date of the revision. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. 089bd operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no representations regarding the legal status of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.

15.2 Informal Resolution. In the first instance, any dispute between you and 089bd should be submitted to our customer support team at [email protected]. We aim to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 14 business days of receipt.

15.3 Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the matter to binding arbitration conducted in English. The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis; class arbitration and class actions are not permitted.

15.4 Waiver of Class Actions. By accepting these Terms, you waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against 089bd. Any legal proceedings must be brought individually.

15.5 Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
